Before submitting a question about your SiteScan Report, did you review the SiteScan FAQ page and the Support Blog? Most questions are addressed there.

A primary reason why scans fail or provide incomplete page results are when websites do not contain a sitemap.xml. Otherwise, SiteScan must rely on a search engine query to create a page directory. Often pages are not indexed, and old pages are not cached out. Information for creating a sitemap.xml can be found in the SiteScan FAQ page

For complete viewing of your SiteScan results, it is important that you open the .csv file attached to the report summary page.

Please allow 7-10 days for a technical support response. Inquiries that are addressed in the SiteScan FAQs or Support Blog will not receive a response, so please review these resources thoroughly before contacting us.
